DOES NOT WORK

I have had this app for a few months, worked great when I got it. since the Prem update and the MAC os update it hasnt worked at all! I have tried everything.

I installed the app on an old iapd and tried it with an older system, both of which havent been updated, works fine on those but I cant (due to being old and slow) use them for actual editing. 

I have done everything in the trouble shooting guide, more than once. reinstalled everything over and over again, checked router, checked any firewall settings. all good... STILL DOES NOT WORK

If I can not use this app anymore then I would like my money refunded!
