No Connection Available
I installed the app on my iPad and on my Macbook Pro. I launched the app on the Mac, then launched the app on my iPad. Nothing. The settings pane on the iPad app says 'No connection available'. They are both connected to the same network. When you launch the app on the iPad, it doesn't give you any indication that you need the companion app on your computer and that you need to connect to it. It does nothing. Detailed connection instructions on the website are nowhere to be found. Total fail to assist new users in every way.

Still no connection. Same problem. No support either. Not receiving any response to help solve my problem.
