I have followed all the steps, I have a green bar but no response when trying the notepad tip, no response when trying to edit video on Adobe PP. I have reached out to my attorney in regards to this matter since I've paid for the app and I haven't gotten a refund or anything. At this time we are looking into finding out the legitimacy of this software/app. This is ashamed that the staff for Ctrl+Console are irresponsible and unprofessional that you don't communicate with your customers.
This is unacceptable. Fix it or refund my money.
Not connecting consistently with any of the promised products. Please provide fixes or refunds!
